We were very pleased with the service Jaylan provided. He was very courteous and professional. We had just moved and needed our washer and dryer installed. He is very customer oriented and respectful of your time. Along with the quote, he had estimated his time of arrival. He sent a text to notify us when he realized the job he was on was taking longer than anticipated, but that we were his next stop. Repairman came to my house and misdiagnosed my washing machine condition then ghosted me when I tried to message and also call to have the repair fixed. *BEWARE DO NOT HIRE*
Jaylen was very professional, prior to service call he explained there is a $75 for a service call which is not listed in his add. I reluctantly agreed. However, he is not a plumber which he stated. We would not have hire Jayden if he was honest in the add: plummer and service fee. Jayden could not fix the leak. Although, he said he could have. We lost confidence after time, and paid him $50 for a service that he was not qualified to diagnose. I’m sure he can install basic plumbing; toilets and sinks. He is not a professional licensed plumber. The add is deceptive.

Be honest and upfront with customers especially if an issue arises. Don’t half fix the problem then say it’s complete only for the homeowner to discover that it’s not and when they request you come back, you say it’s going to cost more money. Had you said this in the beginning, or even before leaving the home, I could have understood.

Please do not use their painting service unless you plan on paying for the same service twice. The property looked worst after they completed the job. There was paint on parts of the house that were not even in the scope of work. The freshly pressure washed areas where the work was completed had paint splatters on them. The work was so terrible that I didn’t want them to try to fix it. I’m having to pay another contractor to fix the work. I requested a partial refund to help cover the cost but was denied by the contractor.
