Keith was punctual and highly skilled to take care of our air ducts. He worked hard to have all ducts cleaned and put everything back. I highly recommend him for your air duct cleaning needs!

Reviews
We have hired Maintain Home Services twice now. Their technician was kind, professional, and thorough with his walk through and progress. The before and after photos were incredibly helpful, and I look forward to continue to hire them in the upkeep and maintenance of our new (to us) home.
They did a good job and showed us how much was pulled out of the vents.
Keith and team arrived on time. Provided timely reminders before the appointment. They walked me through what the process will look like and how long it would take. They did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and vents. Overall definitely recommend Maintain Home Services for any home maintenance tasks.
I did not have a good experience. I provided every detail on the description and confirmed everything on text - including the height of the property and the need for a 32ft ladder. The technician arrived but was unable to complete the job because they were not comfortable going up alone. The next slot they were able to provide was several weeks out.
Did a decent job at cleaning. Horrible customer service. Rescheduled the appointment at the last minute, and charged me a late fee for no fault of mine(they had a wrong email address they were following up on).
Maintain Home services did a great job cleaning the ducts , bathroom exhaust fans, dryer vent cleaning. They kept me updated every step of the way including buying the correct custom air filter for the furnace. Thank you for the great service!
Tyler and Alonzo were kind, thoughtful, courteous, and very respectful. I will definitely hire again.
Sorry it has been little longer for me to write the review as I got occupied with lots of other stuffs being the new home owner. Maintain home services are really doing great job in their area. I have been quoted a very decent price and the job done also very effectively and smoothly. I would definitely recommend others for sure
Excellent service, very good communication and very friendly and trustworthy in our home. Knocked out the job quickly and did it exactly as quoted. Will definitely use Maintain Home Services again in future!
