I was contacted almost immediately after posting my request and the repairman was able to come out the next day. In a matter of minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem. If not for the fact that they had to order the part, it would have been fixed a couple of days after that!
Clean, professional, prompt, and precise. Explained to me what was going on and what not to do to prevent it from happening again.
Did an excellent job, price was very reasonable. and made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. Would not hesitate to call him again for any repairs.
Aaron did an excellent job. He was personable, punctual, and professional in every way.
The washer was a lot less damaged than I thought. And it is back to working well

Job well done! Aaron was very efficient and handled our wall oven installation and cabinet modifications with ease. We are very impressed with his work and professionalism. His charges were reasonable and we will definitely use Maintenance Medics again.
Great work installing the microwave!
For $75 diagnostic fee he really didn’t look at much. Made it seem as if I was bothering him for looking at my washing machine. He asked for $500+ to look at the machine further. I warned him it was leaking he proceeded to run the machine understandably so to troubleshoot but my floor was soaked and he didn’t property drain it after so the washing machine was locked with water in it. He also dinged my wall up pretty good. I’d recommend against using him.
Good communication, excellent work. Came on short notice and installed a new microwave quickly and cleanly!

Aaron installed a new microwave for my father. He did an awesome job and cleaned up afterward.
when he was finished, no hot water at the kitchen sink. this after he installed the dishwasher. he looked at the refrigerator but did not seem to know what he was doing.
Installed my 50 gal water heater with an expansion tank. Haven't had any issues, and the installation was timely and looks clean.
Perfect experience, I will happily have Aaron back again if any future needs arise. Please reach out to The Maintenance Medic, you’ll be glad you did. Cheers! 🍻
