About Makeithot water heaters
We operate with honesty and integrity. We do not give estimates or pricing without an on site visit. We do not give quotes over text. We offer free on site evaluations with straight forward, up front pricing and options on replacements. And if you want to proceed we can usually have you situated within a few hours. We are a licensed and insured company. We are required to install things properly to code and we need an on-site visit to see exactly what is needed to be able to provide accurate upfront pricing and options with no surprises. This protects us from misquoting things and protects you from being given lowball quotes over the phone only to have things change once someone arrives on site. This allows us to know exactly what we’re working with and be able to discuss aspects of your system and have a full understanding before any work is performed. As a certified water heater specialist, licensed and insured master plumber, I bring years of expertise in residential and commercial water heater installation, maintenance, and repair. And water treatment. My journey began working with a major plumbing company, where I specialized in water heaters, softeners, and plumbing. Driven by a commitment to provide more accessible and competitively priced services, I made the decision to branch out and establish my own business. This allows me to personally ensure each client receives the highest quality of work and transparent, fair pricing. To stay at the forefront of industry standards, I attend quarterly training sessions provided by leading water heater manufacturers. Additionally, I complete in-depth, hands-on training at manufacturing plants each year, allowing me to stay updated on the latest technology and best practices. My dedication to ongoing education means I am fully equipped to meet the unique needs of each customer, from efficient installations to troubleshooting complex issues. My approach is rooted in understanding and meeting the specific needs of my customers. I prioritize thorough inspections, clear communication, and reliable solutions tailored to each home or business. Whether you need a high-efficiency tankless unit, an electric water heater upgrade, or assistance with a custom installation, I am here to help you achieve reliable hot water and long-lasting performance.
