I cannot begin to say how helpful Katie was. I reached out to her for some last minute help. She was not available the day I needed, but offered to help the next day, which thankfully worked out. My brother is moving from Grand Rapids to Arizona and needed some help packing up his home. I arranged this for my brother and Katie was quick to respond. The contracting and payment process was seamless and very easy. My brother cannot express enough what a great job she did.
