About Maksbuilder
MaksBuilder is Orange County's heat pump and high-efficiency HVAC specialist. Our factory-trained install crew handles every project, and I personally — as the licensed contractor (CSLB #1095368) — do every estimate and inspect every install. You meet me first, you get a real engineering review of your system, and the work doesn't leave us until I've signed off on it. Every system we install gets a real Manual J load calculation, properly sized line sets, and start-up commissioning. That's the difference between an HVAC system that runs for 8 years and one that runs for 20+. Services: • Heat pump installation and replacement • Ductless mini-split installation • High-efficiency AC and furnace replacement • 24/7 emergency HVAC repair • Indoor air quality testing and improvements • Maintenance plans Brands: Daikin, Goodman, Lennox, Carrier, Mitsubishi, and many others Service area: Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Ladera Ranch, Foothill Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza. Why hire MaksBuilder: 1. The licensed contractor (CSLB #1095368) is on every estimate and inspects every install. 2. A factory-trained install crew — not subcontractors hired job to job. 3. Engineered installs (real load calculations, not equipment guesses). 4. Rebate guidance and 0% financing. 5. 24/7 emergency response. Free in-home estimate — typically same-week.

Maksym and his crew just finished installing a Daikin AC upstairs and downstairs, new lines, new ducting, and a whole house UV Air Purification System. We live in a two story house in Coto de Caza. I knew from the moment he gave us the bid immediately after examining the potential job, detailing everything with expertise and giving a verbal price, that he was our man. All the other bidders had to go home and figure it out and email the bid a few days later. Not only is he extremely qualified, but he is so honest and trustworthy that we have been beyond impressed. Igor, who is the on-site supervisor and workman, is also so knowledgeable and experienced and they both have a wide range of talents in construction, electrical and building in general. They take pride in all their work and they always strive to do the best job that can possibly be done. The first day, they plastic'd off our closet and covered our carpets and always left everything clean and neat at the end of the day. They did so many extras and did not charge for it, even tho it cost them for extra materials. You get the impression they are aiming to do the best job for you as if it were for their own mother. I just can't say enough good things about them. Their bid was extremely reasonable. If you are lucky enough to get them to work for you, you will also want to share accolades on their behalf. If there were 7 stars, they would get them all.
Maksym was quick in addressing my broken Air conditioning.
Maksym was quick to respond and communicative. He explained the issue, answered questions, and did the work for a very good price. I totally recommend him!!!
Highly recommended getting HVAC work performed by Maksbuilder. Igor arrived only a few hours after I reached out to them. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and fixed it, no more and no less. At no point did I feel like I was being sold any unnecessary repairs, and he advised on how to fix any existing issue resulting from the initial install (poorly done under previously owners). Will use them again- thank you!
Great Quality and professional assesment of the issues
He was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Maksym and his team did a good job. The team was on time and they left everything very clean behind.
Maksym and his team did a great job replacing central air conditioning unit, they finished the job in one day and came back for couple hours to do details like fixing scratches and replacing new wall ac ducts covers, the price was fair, he had good communication trough the process. I highly recommend maskym for this type of work.
