Ivan was prompt + simple discussion regarding pricing + arrived as confirmed. He put the furniture together with ease with his own professional tools and was prepared. I will use him for the remaining two jobs I have in my home. Thanks, Ivan!

10 out of 10 service. He was done in an hour, his prices are reasonable and quality of work is superb. I would definitely recommend and hire him again
Ivan Malkov did a fantastic job installing my sink and faucet, connecting the dishwasher and garbage disposal (even clearing the disposal), replacing shower handles, and installing a toilet with immaculate caulking. He was polite, highly skilled, responsive, and fairly priced. I’d absolutely hire him again.
Installed a microwave that Home Depot had dropped off but were unable to install quickly, then cleaned up after himself. He even came "after hours" so I could be there since I work during the day. Great job, reasonable price, no wait!
Ivan replaced our old microwave and installed a new one above the stove. He did a fantastic job! He was quick to get back to us, and able to do the work the following day. He was professional, knowledgeable and was very neat. We’re very pleased with his work, and would definitely call on him again.
Ivan was very responsive and able to schedule my project quickly. I like that he offers multiple choices and includes me in his decision making. It was a simple job, but a job well done.
Ivan was great! Hung two chandeliers for us. Removed the old and hung the new. The job was more complex than anticipated due to the ceiling height in the two story foyer. After thinking about possible solutions, Ivan came up with an option that worked! Thankful for his perseverance and problem solving skills. He was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Not a scratch on the walls. Will definitely let use again! Highly recommend!!!! Pictures attached of new chandeliers. Love them!!!!
I’m very pleased with Ivan and the work he did in my bedroom bathroom. Ivan converted my bathtub/shower into a stand up shower because of my wife mobility. Ivan dismantled the whole tub shower including ceiling and walls and built this lovely shower. He was very professional putting down drop cloths and vacuuming behind himself after every work day. His promptness and communication was awesome and he worked very hard I have several more jobs for Ivan.
Adding my voice to all the others who have given Ivan five stars. He removed our old mailbox, (which had been bent way back by a truck backing up too far) and poured new concrete and installed the mailbox. He is friendly, conscientious, reliable, and does good work. We will absolutely use him again when we have an other project. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ivan!
Ivan was really great and fast putting up my ceiling fan and tv!
