HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!! I strongly recommend that prospective customers exercise caution before hiring Mana A/C Systems LLC (Jairo). My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in damage to my home, additional expenses, unfinished work, additional contracting of new contractors and a great deal of unnecessary stress. I originally hired Mana A/C Systems LLC (Jairo) to connect my dryer vent to the exterior of my home. Before taking the job, they represented that they could complete the work. However, once they arrived and began working, they started giving reasons why the job could not be completed as originally discussed, including issues with the ceiling access. More seriously, while working in my ceiling, they drilled into a water pipe. Water began gushing into my home, creating an emergency that required a plumber to come out and repair the damaged pipe. Despite the damage occurring while Mana A/C Systems LLC (Jairo) was performing the work, I did not feel that they took appropriate accountability for what happened. The plumber who repaired the pipe was also not paid by the company as we had both agreed to and as had been expected, leaving yet another issue for me to deal with. The damage did not end with the pipe. The ceiling/drywall affected by the incident was not properly restored, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the drywall work that was attempted. I was left dealing with repairs and problems that did not exist before I hired this company. For a company that claims they have been doing this work for 20 years, the results do not show this at all! Pricing was another major concern. I was initially given a price and specifically confirmed whether that price included labor and materials. I was told that it did. However, additional charges were later introduced for issues or circumstances that arose during the job. As a homeowner, I believe that if a contractor evaluates a job, provides a price, and confirms that labor and materials are included, the customer should be clearly informed beforehand about any conditions that could result in additional charges. Customers should not feel as though the price keeps changing once work has already begun. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was the difference between what I was told before the work began and what happened once the company was actually on site. I hired them based on the understanding that they could perform the work we discussed. Instead, I encountered explanations for why things could not be done, unexpected additional costs, property damage, poor-quality repair work, and a lack of accountability when things went wrong. I also attempted to verify the company's licensing and was unable to locate the company in the licensing system I searched. I cannot independently state what licenses they do or do not hold, but based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to independently verify their current licensing and insurance coverage before allowing any work to begin. My advice to other homeowners is to get everything in writing before hiring this company: the exact scope of work, total price, materials included, potential additional charges, licensing information, insurance information, and who will be financially responsible if their work causes damage to your property. I rarely feel compelled to leave a review this strongly worded, but the purpose of this review is to help other homeowners make an informed decision. Based on my experience, including my damaged water pipe, resulting water emergency, unresolved payment issue with the plumber, inadequate drywall repair, changing costs, inability to complete the work as originally represented, and overall handling of the situation, I would not hire Mana A/C Systems LLC again and cannot recommend them to others.

Jairo and the Mana AC team did an excellent job replacing my dryer vent. They worked quickly and the quality was excellent, including the seal they put in around the exterior vent.
Jairo and his team has been excellent from the first time we met for a quote. I initially brought him on to install new ductwork and a full HVAC system, but his reliability and quality of work quickly earned my trust for additional projects, including roof and exterior siding repairs. He’s responsive, flexible, and most importantly, honest. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly rely on, and Jairo is one of them. I plan to continue working with him through the rest of this project and on future ones as well. He’ll be my first call for HVAC and plumbing going forward.
Mana A/C System responded to my message immediately and came out the next to assess area. Jai, followed up within a few days, allowing me process the work that was suggested. He then came out to take measurements and set a date. Jai’s team arrived punctual and replaced dryer and exhaust duct and sealed an area that was noticed on his assessment. After job was completed, area was left clean. I will be calling back Jai and his team for whole house duct clean and a humidifier placement soon. Highly recommend Mana A/C System.

Mana A/C Systems LLC did a PHENOMENAL job on my basement room that I'm renovating. They were on time, polite, accurate, efficient, fast, and very knowledgable. The two vents they installed in the room came out PERFECT, with PERFECT air flow! It's never been better and I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. Mana A/C did a fantastic job replacing two vents. It involved creative thinking to address a pipe obstruction, and they custom outfitted one of the vents for seamless integration. They were extremely professional and great value. I recommend!
We wanted to replace our under cabinet microwave and install an over the range hood in our kitchen. Because this involved multiple steps of creating the ductwork so that kitchen smoke and fumes could vent outside, installing the actual unit, and repairing and painting any drywall removed in the process, I wanted one contractor who could do all three. Mana was able to do it all at a fair price, and get the job done in one day. They were also responsive to specific requests. For instance, I asked them to add some anti-mice protection to prevent wildlife from getting in through the outside vent, and they ran over to Home Depot to get mesh to keep critters out.
High Quality professional in air duct and ventilation fan. Hard worker, easy to work with. Doing extra job fixed issue in my account duct. Climbing up to high ceiling across wood beams to install my ventilation fan. I'm very satisfied
