Responded quickly- got right to work- excellent quality and works with your budget. Definitely recommend!!
This company setup an appointment with me and did not come. I reached out 2hrs prior to appointment time, to confirm they were still coming. They stated “yes”. The appointment time was for 3:30pm. At 3:40pm, no one showed up. I reached out. They stated they were stuck in traffic asking if they could come at 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, no show, stating they had passed the exit. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
We hired Manzanares Construction to paint our front door and replace some wood rot at the bottoms of the door frame. They were so nice, did an incredible job, left the area inside and out extra clean. Just a great experience and a great price. Very highly recommended!!
These guys were the best we called One morning they came 2 hours later. Checked out our project. Got it done within 48 hours. Not only do they do the work, but they cleaned up the area after even offered to paint. They patched up everything they saw little things that we didn’t even tell them were in the scope of the project. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to do anything in your home. We will be using them for future projects. Thank you, Yair and your team. (we just told them we would do the painting)
Really great group of guys. They showed up when scheduled and did a fantastic job with my projects
Did a great job painting the front of my house at a great price. He even did some caulking and touch up paint.
Greatveork
They did a great job and have already hired them for other projects as they are not just limited to one trade. Very pleased with their work quality, prices & responsiveness.
Wonderful experience working with Manzanares Construction. They are very professional, knowledgeable and are easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations. They replaced my siding with hardy board and painted it white. They replaced my gutters and painted my whole home. I have attached before and after pictures. I feel like I have a whole new home!! Highly recommend!!!
