Reviews
Fair pricing, very flexible with the work. Always felt like they would not leave with out the work being performed corectly. Would be my number one call next time I get a leak.
New homeowner, needed some chipped tiles repaired, Ulises was great! Professional, on-time, explained exactly what he was going to do step by step, and documented with pictures for record keeping from start to finish. Thank you!
Did an amazing job repairing a roof leak and some damaged fascia at our home. Ulises was on time, reliable and left everything clean. All work was performed efficiently and exactly as discussed. In fact, you would never know a repair was done. I appreciate his quality work and have already referred him to friends and family. Thanks Ulises!
Completed the roof slipping tiles and cracked tiles efficiently.
Ulises was very easy to talk to discuss our needs and his solutions for them. We quoted with a few vendors and we just felt most comfortable with the advice he gave us and the value that we thought it was worth. He was very professional and friendly and got the job done on time. Attached are some before and after pictures that he sent us.
So easy to work with, job done, super happy. Definitely recommend to work with
Ulises of Mar Elite roofing is by far the most professional roofer i have had the pleasure of working. He was on time, he quoted a more than fair price and most importantly, he didn't cheap out by using a quick fix 'Peel n Stick' for my roof leak but instead did it properly using cold adhesive, roll roofing and bull - all at the price of a regular roofer who uses peel n stick!! If any of my neighbors need a roofer, I am recommending Mar Elite 10 times outta 10. No question. In fact I was so pleased with the high quality work, that I paid him a $100 extra. Think its important to encourage good quality work whenever I see it.
Ulises and Mar Elite Roofing were incredible. They did a full inspection to make sure they identified the source of the leak, even braving into my attic. They were on time, showed me pictures of the progress, let the foam dry and came back to replace the tiles. Saying they were professional is an understatement. And the price was outstanding. Not only will Mar Elite Roofing be my first call for any roofing needs, I also recommend Mar Elite Roofing to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced.
Great communication with Ulysses. Was able to heighten my flat roof as per Insurance request.
