Had them come to my mom’s birthday party, and we were supposed to get unlimited pictures but in the middle of the party, they ran out of paper. They told us they send them digitally or mail them later. We asked for them refund us or give us some money back because that isn’t what we agreed upon. They said they couldn’t do that and instead had her husband drive back with more paper and print them before they left. I don’t know that they did that on purpose or not but after we agreed on unlimited photos, they should have been prepared with paper. Other than that they were punctual and on time

Terrific experience with Mauricio. They came out quickly for a quote, and were very responsive to all of my questions. The balloon arches were beautiful for my daughter's high school graduation (UCLA-bound theme). I provided my own stands for the balloon columns, however they were really cheap (from Amazon), and we had trouble keeping them completely vertical. Next time, I will just use Mauricio's stands as I'm suret their stands would work out better. Will use them again in the future!

They also recorded me, my family and friends taking pictures and sent me all the behind the scenes footage 🤗 All of my guests had amazing things to say about them, everyone at my party truly enjoyed their presence and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
