Chef Marble was amazing! He was very responsive leading up to our event, and very flexible/helpful in planning the menu. We really appreciated his punctuality and friendliness while he prepared the food, which also tasted fantastic! Chef Marble was amazing! I hired him for my annual Palm Springs girl’s getaway, and he did not disappoint.
