Mrs. P (I don't remember the lady's name that came but I know it starts with a P) was terrific. She came and took charge and cleaned the heck out of my house. We had several issues and she took care of all of them. I would recommend this company to all my friends and I already have. We will be continuing our relationship with this company for other cleaning projects and back again at my home.

I hired Maria Housekeeping three times. The first time, they did a pretty good job. My house was an absolute nightmare to start with and it was much better when they left. The second time they came, things were not as good. The house was definitely tidied, but not clean. Yesterday I asked them to come again and I am completely shocked by the service they provided. The floors were poorly swept and mopped, the carpets poorly vacuumed. The dirty laundry that was on the floor in the bedrooms was tossed in the corners of rooms, shoes and other items mixed in. The worst part of it all is that they threw away hundreds of dollars of my family's belongings. Each time they have come, they leave the bags of trash on the front porch when they are finished. We have a lot of trash.. before today, I never thought to look in the bags as I assumed they contained garbage, but as I was moving the bags to the side of the house off the porch, I noticed several items of clothing in the clear bags. I sorted through all of the bags that were left on the porch and am horrified by the things these ladies decided were trash. My children's clothes, a huge pile of socks, headphones, a Nintendo switch game and a game box, my daughters electric toothbrush, a thumb drive still in the package, unopened toothbrushes and snacks, full medication bottles, unopened mail, a 3/4 full doterra shampoo bottle, my toilet brush (not pictured, I let it go), 2 full rolls of toilet paper in the bag, a plastic organizer bin, a full package of incense sticks, books (several not pictured as they were damaged by wet things also in the trash) my daughters zipper pouch full of spelling words, countless pencils, pens, and erasers, a pair of gloves, two hats, 5 cleaning rags, etc. I am in the process of getting rid of some of my family's clutter, but to have someone come into my home and decide that all of these things were trash leaves me speechless. I did send a text to Maria mentioning a few of the things found in the trash (I had only looked in one bag) and that I was disappointed with the service and did not receive a reply.

Definitely not a deep cleaning. I had to mop for two hours after they left as floors were still filthy, sticky, black😡 They cared more about washing the walls which I didn’t care about. Nice girls though. Wish I hadn’t tipped them so well. My bad!
