Markarian Construction and Design LLC breached contract with us and abandoned the job while keeping our full deposit. Leaving us with a destroyed room and tons of garbage and debris. It was a terrible experience.

Reviews
Greg did an excellent job helping us with a leak in our ceiling today. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to assess the issue carefully and explain what was going on. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of properly. We really appreciate his quick response and quality of work. I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone looking for someone reliable and professional!
When our old deck unexpectedly collapsed, it could have been an incredibly stressful experience. Thankfully, Greg stepped in and turned what started as a disaster into one of the best parts of our home. From the very beginning, Greg was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He is transparent on pricing and explains the process entirely. He didn’t just rebuild the structure—he helped us reimagine the space, ultimately creating a beautiful sunroom that far exceeded our expectations. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the finished project. Throughout the job, Greg was responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or discuss ideas. He took pride in doing things the right way rather than the easy way, and that gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process. It’s clear that quality workmanship matters to him. The finished sunroom has completely transformed our home. It’s bright, beautiful, and has quickly become our favorite room in the house. What began as an unfortunate deck collapse ended up being an opportunity to create something even better, and that’s entirely thanks to Greg and his team. If you’re looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable, and genuinely cares about the end result, I would recommend Greg without hesitation. We are planning several other projects with Greg and look forward to him transforming our home even more!
Greg and his crew did a phenomenal job. We did a retaining wall, deck, gazebo and a wraparound seating platform around a tree for a very reasonable price. He always gave us an update on the work progress, sending us details on what was done, and pictures as proof. Every time they worked, they always left the place clean and tidy. We needed the job done by a certain date and he completed the project earlier. His team worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to complete everything; sometimes working as late as midnight, and always with a smile on their faces, especially, Dominic. The quality of their job is detail oriented and seamless. We value him, his good work ethic, professionalism and will keep him as our future contractor. We highly recommend him especially because he's so responsive, honest and hard working.
GM contracting is a true find, not only are they professional perfectionist. They are loyal, trustworthy, and care about their quality of work. I use them for sheet rocking painting flooring Plumbing and there is not another contractor that can beat them. You’ll be glad you read this review definitely higher them. That’s the best.
Very professional and responsive. Provided great service and the work was top quality.
The review only lets you choose three out of five things to say that you loved about the contractor, but I wish that I could click all five because punctuality in responsiveness are also a highlight of working with Greg. It was such a breath of fresh air to get an honest contractor who was able to work with in our budget and give us a beautiful result. Greg was upfront the entire process with timelines and stuck to it even with the holidays thrown in the mix. We were able to get this job completed in a month and change. Greg is committed to giving you the best result possible and keeps you informed each step of the way with what is being done. No secret expenses or additional cost added on and a very generous timeline of payment throughout the process. I will definitely be using him for many more projects and I look forward to working with him in the very near future.
Greg, with G&M Interiors renovated a bathroom for me. This was a gift for my daughter’s house. I was very impressed with how he replaced and repaired sub flooring that was sagging and his knowledge of structural issues that could’ve affected the tile job eventually. This bathroom was a total gut job. He replaced all the walls and floors with Durock cement board. I selected 2ft x 4ft porcelain wall tiles which he installed around the tub to the ceiling perfectly. We used the same tiles for the rest of the bathroom going halfway up and then capped it with a lovely Carrara Marble trim! The floor was done beautifully as well. He also included the painting with the job which saved me from hiring another person. I highly recommend G&M Interiors!
This guy did terrible Job. Don’t even know how to do Dry wall properly. He doesn’t do job but keeps asking for money without completing the job. He supposed to finish up the staircase as per the contract he created however didn’t do them as well as couple other small patches. He was supposed to paint the whole basement but he didn’t complete it. And he also needed to do the hand railing of the staircase which he also did not do. This guy is useless.
I contacted Greg to help repair/replace a shed covering our basement steps. He did an amazing job and it’s absolutely beautiful rerouting the concrete steps to the side of the house giving us our window back. He replaced our basement door and even asked what paint colors we wanted. High-quality work. Very professional and very well mannered, offered also a good price for the work that was needed. He also kept us informed on every step of the way. Thank you again!
