Marleny Magic was super responsive and even showed up early on the day of. Their bathroom and kitchen deep clean was thorough and impressive. I'd definitely hire them again!
I recommend that any potential client ensure you get a written list of what will be cleaned and level of cleaning. I’d also get a signed copy and w a description of what cleaning means. We all have our own expectations Also, before paying walk thru the house w cleaner and do a close inspection comparing status of house to what you agreed to in initial List.
They cleaned my parents house and did a great job. They came early (was communicated first) and did a beautiful job. Would absolutely use again. Price was in range with other jobs.
I was scammed by Marleny. Take a look at the other bad reviews. She sent an untrained employee who did a terrible job. (She didn't know how to make a bed!) Marleny says she did the cleaning, but she never set foot in my home. I stopped payment on the $275 check after seeing the extent of what was not done for this "deep cleaning." After negotiations. I paid her $175 just to end the fiasco. What a shame...
She changed the scheduled time numerous times. I paid $150 for my 3 bathrooms to get really deep cleaned. She didn’t even move my shampoo bottle. I wanted my floors cleaned if there was any remaining time. She used my own swifter on my floors. My husband asked for the microwave to be cleaned. She didn’t even open it to wipe the inside. Should be 1 star but I left 2 because I thought maybe she didn’t understand what was asked of her.
Excellent job! They organized and cleaning my garage in less than 2 hrs.

They did a fabulous job post construction. They got items clean that I was afraid would never be white again.
I had the “not so much” pleasure of having this company come in and do a “deep clean” today. In my personal opinion, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. I’m truly upset/frustrated/disappointed that I paid so much money to have to go back and redo work. Now, I did inform them of all of the issues I had prior to them leaving and they attempted to “fix” the problems I had for SOME, but not ALL, of the issues I pointed out. I got attitude in response to things I pointed out and also excuses were given. Some things that irritated me: “You saw me wipe this stuff down, so you know I cleaned it” my response, “I know you wiped things down, but the point of having a cleaning is to make it LOOK like it was cleaned” the response I got, a sigh and a huff and a puff. Bed not made: excuse given- “you didn’t tell me you wanted the beds made.” They did end up making the bed All stainless appliances were streaky- excuse given “we did wipe it.” Attempted to clean fridge ONLY again with, what looked like dirty, soapy water.. still streaky and that’s how it was left Windows streaky- attempt made to wipe down again, but still left every window with streaks
