About Marsh Design | Build
Marsh Design | Build was created out of a simple observation: too many projects fall apart in the space between design and construction. Customers are often left coordinating between designers, engineers, builders, and city officials—only to watch their original vision get diluted by miscommunication, delays, and change orders. Our firm was built to offer something better. At Marsh Design | Build, design and construction are part of the same conversation from day one. Every project starts with a clear understanding of site conditions, code requirements, and client goals—so the design is grounded in what’s actually buildable, and the build stays true to the design. That continuity helps avoid the typical handoffs and disconnects that can derail even the best ideas. Our firm is intentionally small and hands-on. Projects are chosen carefully, and the team stays involved throughout—from early feasibility studies all the way through to the final walkthrough. That means fewer layers, clearer communication, and greater accountability at every step. Marsh Design | Build specializes in residential infill and custom residential and commercial renovations—projects that come with complexity, constraints, and real design opportunities. The goal isn’t just to build well, but to make the entire process feel clear, collaborative, and worth doing right.
Reviews
“Since Zack was the general contractor he had all stages in place and construction flowed impeccably. We would highly recommend Marsh LLC for your construction needs.”
