I recently hired Marshall Cleaning Service and overall, I was pleased with their work. They did a thorough job cleaning our home and were very professional throughout the process. The staff was friendly, punctual, and paid attention to detail, ensuring that most areas were spotless by the time they left. I have to specifically highlight the outstanding job they did on our driveway. After their meticulous cleaning, it looked brand new, as if it were Christmas morning. The transformation was incredible, and it brought a fresh and vibrant look to the exterior of our home. Their attention to detail in this area was truly impressive. However, I do have a couple of reservations. Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that they charge customers for using a credit card. It feels unreasonable to pass on these business costs to the customer. In today's market, absorbing these costs should be part of the service. Additionally, there was an issue with cleaning the top of our deck. Initially, they provided a poor excuse as to why they couldn't do it, which was frustrating. However, after I demonstrated an easier method, they relented and completed the job to my satisfaction. This shows they are willing to adapt and listen to customer feedback, which is a positive sign. Overall, the quality of their cleaning was commendable, and they significantly improved the appearance of our home. If they could improve their billing practices and initial responsiveness to customer requests, they would easily earn five stars. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Marshall Cleaning Service for their dedication and the impressive results they delivered, especially on our driveway.

They did the work, but cut 2 or 3 cuts out of my beautiful and very visible oak staircase railing and used no protective guards. The guy said, "Oh, I'm so sorry." Yeah, everyone is 'sorry', but 'sorry' doesn't pay the repairman. Another guy came out to finish the job and brought someone who was in training. I told the trainer about the staircase being cut. He gave no response at all. It seems to me that getting your stairs tore up is not an unusual event. I'd like to be able to have clean carpets and keep an intact house, but I have children to feed.

They sent a confirmation that they were coming on Monday but didn't come till Tuesday. They didn't explain how they were going to do the cleaning.

Hired to clean the grout, the service a was good and professional but a some areas were missed and we had to handle ourselves given timing. I would rehire but would ensure the details were covered.
