We scheduled an appointment and they cancelled for a more lucrative one that they claimed was an "emergency". I don't care if they received a call from someone else that conflicted with the already scheduled time that they had agreed to with us. They had an appointment scheduled with us, and they need to keep it. Completely unprofessional.
I had a great experience with Jose. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained everything clearly before doing the work. He fixed the issue efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and quality of work. Worked with Dwayne from Marvelous Plumbing to resolve my leaking main water line connecting to my water meter. His estimate was between the highest and lowest estimate with a 5 year warranty on the fix he completed. Very happy with his work and will definitely use his Company again for my plumbing needs.
I called this company for a pipe leak and described my problem. I was told a tech would come out for a free estimate. The tech came out but indicated it would cost $299 just to open the wall and look. That doesn't sound like a free estimate to me. It sounds like a $299 service call fee. I needed the work done, but passed because of the lack of transparency. Professionalism and trust is important. Marvelous Plumbing, shame on you. Be more transparent with the customer. Do better. Buyer beware.
This company's pricing practice is not transparent and has unreasonable rates. After paying, we asked for hourly breakdown and were told they don't do so. Their rate is not competitve. Their no-fee estimate is $199 so was misleading.
I received my appointment quickly. I was given my estimate and they started working the same day. Excellent job and I will use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Marvelous plumbing. They booked my appointment promptly and reviewed the work to be done in detail - Julian was very thorough with the inspection and promptly offered to check out the crawl space to clearly identify what pipes and connections were needed to hook up my new refrigerator to the water supply (no other company I called did that in the first visit) I was impressed by his willingness to be hands-on and provide upfront details of “how” the work will be done (not just “what” needed to be done). He was very patient in answering my questions. When we found out I needed the pressure regulator of the house changed in addition to the refrigerator hook up, he was willing to work with me on my budget and threw in a water heater flush as an extra which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured to “buy” their services at any time. Julian answered my questions about plumbing fixtures and potential issues factually and with great detail . Jessie who came the next day for completing the drywall work was equally helpful, and went out of his way to take care of the work. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and warm operational style of this company and their willingness to go above and beyond to establish the customer relationship. I plan to call them anytime I have any plumbing needs.
The technicians installed a water heater in timely matter. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would use their service again and recommend them to friends. I experienced no problems with the water heater.

Amazing experience with Marvelous Plumbing! Gilbert was very responsive and came out to check our utility sink the same day.
