I don’t know where to start but my gosh the guy is good from start to finish I mean, he’s a professional, job was well done, he was on time and gave us a good estimate, overall I can’t complain and just give him a chance and he’ll show you what good job looks like. Thank you Fransisco from Masis Roofing Services. Next project if any, will be yours!!
Work was excellent and they did the job quickly. So far so good.
Francisco is very knowledgeable and will err on the side of fairness. We asked Masis Roofing and other roofers about replacing our roof knowing that we didn't need it. Masis Roofing gave great advise cautiously saying that we didn't need a new roof whereas another company was eager to give us a price and a date to start, and thats why we hired them, Masis Roofing wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need.
This only allowed me to pick three, but I appreciated ALL of these. From the get-go, he was fully knowledgeable and quickly identified and explained the work that needed to be done, the steps, materials used, etc. He demonstrated full subject area mastery and complete professionalism. I will definitely hire him again for future roofing projects and recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise.
After interviewing several companies I decided to hire Masis Roofing based on my impression of Mr Masis, his honesty during our discussions, past reviews, and the detailed quote he provided. Due to a family health issue (his) we had some delays but he ultimately showed back up, completed the work, and did an excellent job. * resurface & seal flat roof * replace tiles * foam / seal ridge tiles * concrete ridge cracks
Delivered the service for the right value and quality. Will definitely contact again for major roof work
Francisco did an excellent job on two relatively small projects. The first was to repair some water damaged fascia and surrounding area. Everything looked like new when he was done. The second project was to remove an old trellis. Francisco went above and beyond by trimming the tree and hauling that debris away as well. Great communication, prompt and punctual, and fairly priced. I would definitely use Francisco for roofing and construction related projects in the future. Thank you!
Francisco gave me a great price for my roof leak. Other roofers wanted double for the same job. Francisco came by on a Friday to evaluate my roof. He explained to me what he needed to do to make the repair and answered all my questions. Then he made the repair on a Tuesday. He also cleaned some of my gutters and pressure washed my roof. Francisco was the best person I’ve had work on my home. 1) He gave a great price. 2) He timely completed the work. 3) He did a great job explaining to me the work he had to do to repair the leak. I will definitely call him again if I have any other work that needs to be done with my roof or gutters.
I recommend Francisco and Masis Roofing - very professional and responsive. Offered one of the best solutions which was replacing 30 broken tiles, instead of repairing the broken ones. It took a while to find the specific tiles but always keeping us posted which made me confortable. Very nice.
