I have an office across the street from the old Hemet Courthouse and an office in Temecula. I am a license document assistant that is license and bond with the state of California with over 30 years experience. We work in San Diego too. We can not give legal advice. I assist clients in LA, Orange County and Palm Spring also.

Brenda is a horrible businessperson. She got paid $750 for a service I never received. I am asking to speak to whoever owns this business. Her errors were also elementary and she has refused to reimburse me. She expected me to pay her, while I edited the documents that should go to the courts. She judged me and stole from me all while I am going through a business. The courts have never received the documents either. She made me go pass the due date because of her childish errors. She falsified fee waivers, she wrote information I never said. She couldn't even print clear copies for the courts whether it was a Black &White document or a colored one. What kind of business person would do this? I paid her January 27, 2025 and I did not get the documents in 10 days. Read her reviews, she cheats people. Kalia Kincade
Very unprofessional. The minute payment was made, she stopped contacting me. She never responded to my emails asking how the paperwork was progressing. I had to file a dispute to get my payment returned.
I am hiring her !! She got back to me right away, and I respected her knowledge and knowing the work involved she is very reasonable.
I daughter out Mrs Masons services because I was suing a former parent whose children attended my daycare. I submitted to her all my paperwork and proof for my case. I was suing for unpaid tuition from last year during the summer and I told her that. But when my case was actually filed, the date was wrong and the payment requested was wrong which resulted in me losing my case because last years dates were not recorded properly. This was my first time suing someone and I was very disappointed. The judge ruled in the defendant’s favor because I didn’t sue for the right dates.
Ms. Mason was quick responding back to me. She told me the price upfront and was professional.
During this difficult time it was wonderful knowing that we had someone like Ms. Mason on our side. She was very knowledgeable and gave us insight in our situation. We feel blessed to have found her!
Ms. Mason was an Absolute GOD SEND, She took us within an hour of our initial phone conversation RE: our urgent need to reply to an Unlawful Detainer for eviction notice. We we’re warmly greeted and she and her assistant Scott were immediately working on our forms in less than 2hrs they were finished, our forms were submitted to the court, and a HUGE STRESS was lifted off us and She even help to look for other possible places we might be able to afford to move. 😇 If you are looking for legal help I cannot Stress Enough Ms. Mason Will go out of her way to help you through difficult times.
