Clay was very professional and explained all that was needed to care for my pool. I would highly recommend Mass Pools & Spas!
The group was great to work with from setting up to the actual work being performed. Bryant was very personable and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.
Shohn did an excellent job cleaning our hot tub. After no use in 2 years, he brought our hot tub back to looking brand new. *Highly recommend*
Clay and Karie responded right away to a soft tub cleaning request that we had and helped us reassess our issues with it, even recommended a hot tub instead, which would be better for maintaining at our short-term rental property.
Clay was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We will use him in the future for pool maintenance
Highly recommend Mass Pools & Spas. Clay called back right away when we called for service, set an appointment and showed up right on time. He did such a fantastic job cleaning our hot tub - it looks brand new! Will be having him come out regularly as he's now our preferred pool & spa service!
Mass Pools & Spas is highly professional and experienced. They offer excellent service and I recommend working with them.
Service was fast and friendly, knowledgeable, and with attention to detail. I am grateful. Thank you.
Clay has been excellent, honest, and great to work with. I'm very happy to have found his service on thumbtack
Clay and team have done a great job cleaning our pool. They are reliable and show up on time.
WOW...such a GREAT experience with this gentleman! Took time to explain to me all the pool machinery that I find completely mysterious. AND, even recommended several solutions to the issue of my aging Polaris system. SO SO NICE and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Mass Pools & Spas for any and all of our pool needs!
Clay was awesome! We will be using his services from now on!
Clay came out and provided an insight quote. Pricing was in line with what I paid my previous contractor. He arrived as scheduled to perform the work. The work was of the highest quality. He spent a generous amount of time to ensure my pool was throughly cleaned. He followed up with an email that detailed the work performed. I’m quite happy!
After dealing with one unreliable company after another, we were lucky to come across Clay at Mass Pools. Some things I really like about Clay; He is professional, punctual, shows when he says he will, does what he says(no lip service). I can tell he cares about his craft and take immense pride and ownership in what he does. Worth mentioning as well. The amount of details and follow up are amazing.
Clay was tremendous and helpful as we get up to speed on pool care. Would highly recommend
