Called up Joe and had my 20yr old attic cleaned up / sanitized / insulation reinstalled. almost 40 bags of garbage out in one shot. Master Attic is the one team that did the measurement Most carefully when running the estimates. With crews professional dressing like astronauts. The crew by Roberto also fixed all gaps on ceilings around recessed lights and the vent pipe from bathroom. All done in 7 hours, wow!
Excellent technician who gave us very good advice.
Smooth communication, quick scheduling as I was flexible, completed work in 1 day
They were professional. Work was clean and quick. Very accomodating business. I am glad they did our insulation. Very happy with experience.
The guys were amazing! Non stop
Looked for a professional expert to reinsulate attic and glad Master Attic was able to provide an excellent service at a reasonable price. Will recommend Master attic for any attic job you may need.
They provided a fair price for the work, did a great job and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. I would definitely recommend them!
MasterAttic was incredibly easy to work with, from start to finish. The job was completed within a day, as promised. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need attic gutting/reinsulation.
Mike made it easy to assess need and schedule work. Alexi and crew were professional and thorough.
Master Attic went above and beyond to meet my needs for my attic spaces (new insulation, sanitation, vacuuming, air gap sealing). I first received a quote from Alex that was thorough, itemized, and fairly priced. He patiently answered any and all questions that I had, before the job even began. Once it was time to start the job, George explained what was going on in the attic, and kept me in the loop along the way. He gave me the opportunity to inspect the attics as the job was going on to make sure it met my satisfaction from beginning, to in-between, and in the end. During the process, I had concerns about air leakage into one of my closets that I asked George to specifically look into. George looked into the issue and helped to remedy my concerns. It is typically difficult to find a contractor you can trust and do not end up frustrated with in the end, but Alex, George, and the whole team really did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend them enough.
Using Master Attic LLC for installation of new insulation was a great experience. From the first consultation with Alex until the end of the insulation installation process by Roberto and his crew, they showed professionalism, efficiency, and tremendous customer service. We recently purchased our home, which was built in the early 70s so we knew the insulation was one of the important things to update. The crew arrived and immediately got to work. I was amazed at the process, as they moved from layering the house with plastic, to removal of old insulation, gap sealing, rodent proofing, disinfecting, and finally, installation of new insulation. Like clockwork, the crew worked my two attic areas and my crawl space. What I liked the most is that Roberto took pictures to show me the progress and asked me to inspect each area before they moved on. That's a key point because it showed me they were doing the work right and to specifications. It definitely put me at ease because I was able to see the work with my own eyes. I'm 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend Master Attic LLC to friends and family.
We live in an older home and I always assumed our sky high heating bills were due to old windows. It turns out - our attic space had barely any insulation left! I got in touch with MasterAttic via Thumbtack, and from the first email through to the consultation, they were clear and upfront about the costs and options. They were willing to offer me a discount to make the timing work. They arrived promptly and left 7 hours later after insulating my 3,000 sq foot home - you'd never ever know they were here! They were neat and communicative - Alexis the foreman showed me the progress at each stage (removing the old spent insulation, and the final product) and they cleaned up inside and out. Truly thankful to have made this investment in my home and with such a great partner.
