After talking to few vendors to upgrade our bathrooms ( one tub to walk in shower and one walk-in shower upgrade) we finally decided to go with Master Bath who just completed upgrades on both of our bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. From the first estimate to final walkthrough, communication was clear, pricing was fair and transparent, and they stayed right on schedule. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and left the space spotless every day. The tile work, plumbing, and finish details are excellent — everything looks good and works perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

My experience was positive from beginning to end. The assessment, the price, the quality, speed, workers, and customer service. My bathroom was old, tiles were coming loose and needed a full remodel. Their crew did just that in 4 days! Very happy with the end result. I would definitely hire them again.
Master bath pros did an A+ job on my partial bathroom reno. We bought a house that had the washer and dryer in the primary bathroom and we moved it to the basement to make room for a whirlpool tub. I contacted a few contractors and master bath pros. Maria was instantly responsive and came by to look at the job that night (between Christmas and new years). It was obvious she knew what she was talking about and had experience with things like radiant floors and circumstances I did not even think about. Master bath pros gave a very reasonable price compared to others and made many accommodations when I kept changing my mind and needed flexibility with the timeline. I was also 9 months pregnant and they made sure to get the job done before the baby arrived. My tub and bathroom look amazing. They did tiling and installed the tub with professionalizing and care. *Update: Changing my review since Maria contacted me recently and said they had a family emergency and that they will send an estimate to my email* This is the strangest thing that has happened but the company was so prompt initially to come out and give an estimate. I was contacted by Maria and they came on time and after they left, I literally never heard back from them again even after many, many attempts to reach out to them through this app, text, and phone call. If you guys couldn’t do the job I would’ve completely understood if there was communication about it and would’ve appreciated a heads up vs completely ghosting a customer :/
My husband and I hired are a typical millennial couple figuring out home ownership for the first time. We’ve done house projects in the past and were quick to always pick the lowest pricing contractor. This always led us astray - with quality issues and poor communication. We knew the bathroom Reno had to be different. It was a full remodel - we gutted the whole thing and moved around electrical and plumbing. After multiple quotes and research, we felt that Master Bath presented themselves in the most professional and organized manner while also providing great value in pricing. This perception never changed. We cannot be more thankful to Matt and Maria. Our bathroom result was phenomenal - every single guest we have over compliments it. During the entirety of the project we always felt like communication was a priority. The quality shown in the smallest of finishes blew us away and their dedication to getting everything 100% right made all the difference. We cannot thank them enough for adding magic to our home.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Master Bath Pro, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The professionalism exhibited by Matt and Maria was commendable; they clearly understood my concerns and addressed them with care and expertise. However, there were a few moments where communication could have been improved. During the project incomplete items should have been made known. A more proactive approach in keeping me informed would enhance the customer experience even further. The cost of the project was clear and concise and extremely fair. We made a few changes before and during the project and Matt was very accommodating. The Sentrel Bath wall system they used for our new walk in shower exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, Master Bath Pro is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and their professionalism makes them a reliable choice. With a bit more emphasis on consistent communication, I believe they could achieve an even higher level of service. I would recommend them to others and am considering using their services again in the future.
The team over at Master Bath Pros did an amazing job with our full bathroom remodel. We had just bought our house and needed to complete within a couple of weeks so we could move in with a bathroom that was ready and functional. I provided an inspiration photo and they were able to quote me a general estimate and finalizing after doing a walk through in person. We love our new bathroom
