Our front steps were in bad repair. Victor gave us a proposal to redo the entire approach. After 3 days, we now have a beautiful new front porch. The company is meticulous about their masonry work. Highly recommended. Update August 2024: new steps now showing yellow stains as we had on old steps

Mr. D’Souza is a SCAM. The quality of work that he has provided is terrible. I had him do the wall, stairs, and pathway. As you can see the wall has been cracking. I informed him of this last year. He mentioned he was coming, but would never actually show. He would get nasty and say "why are you whining" when all I had asked him to do was repair what him and his guys worked on. He took advantage of me since I believe I am a female and the only other resident in my home is my mother. We paid him over 3k. After begging him to come, he finally came and fixed the wall last year. Once again the wall did not make it through the winter. I had texted him in March with the picture below and again he was giving excuses that he was coming but never came. I texted him over the weekend and it seemed like he had blocked my number as my messages/calls have not been delivered. All I had asked him to do was just repair the wall that he has worked on not even asking for a refund or anything. I support local businesses especially if they are in your town, but I highly would not recommend him. I am in the middle of filing a small court claim on this business!
Quick and neat job
Would recommend again and again, quality work, friendly, and proactive. They listened to all of our needs and were flexible and more than willing to accommodate. Very happy with the results, and will work with them again!
Mr. D’Souza helped me with 2 projects: He fixed an uneven cement sidewalk path in front of my home and he replaced an old rotting window sill. He was courteous and professional and the work was outstanding. I will continue to work with him on future projects.

Mr. D’Souza responded to our inquiry very quickly and had the work (one day labor) scheduled and completed in less than one week from initial contact. His guy did a very good job and cleaned up the work area perfectly after he was finished.
