You guys did a perfectly great job
I recently had the pleasure of working with Pedro at Master K Construction, for a patio extension project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team displayed professionalism, expertise, and a keen attention to detail. Pedro personally helped locate the same pavers as we currently have to extend our existing patio, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. The workmanship is outstanding, and the new patio extension has truly transformed our outdoor space into a beautiful and functional area for entertaining and relaxing. I highly recommend Master K Construction for any hardscaping needs.
A few years ago we installed the plastic edging along the sides of the driveway. Apparently, we did something wrong and the asphalt on both sides got cracked in multiple places. The guys from Master K Construction recommended installing pavers on both sides of the driveway to replace the cracked asphalt. They had a nice selection of the pavers of particular color I wanted. They did such a great job! It looks very nice and I am very pleased with the result! They also sealed the driveway and did a great job with that too. It would’ve be better if I took the picture right away but unfortunately it took me a few days and that’s why you can see tire tracks. I also appreciate them cleaning very well after work. Thank you! Highly recommend!
Master Kairos Construction did a fantastic job building 2 patios and a walkway on our property. It was a TON of work as the existing concrete patio has to be broken up. They were able to slot us in earlier than expected and completed the entire project in 3 days. We appreciate all of workers and the team for the tedious and incredible work they have done on our backyard. I would highly recommend this team!! I'm glad we came across them and will use their services in the future.
Master Kairos did a great work for my Pavers Patio. Now backyard looks beautiful. They were on time from appointments to installation. They cleaned up the debris and removed the garbages. Also, they went above expectation in terms of adding a small step which was not in original estimation without extra costs. I strongly recommend them for any work that they do. Would like to do future projects with them.
Great experience overall. I live in an urban environment with no truck access, so I was getting crazy quotes left and right. These guys were true to their quote, prepped the space in one day, and finished the same day the materials arrived. They worked from 7am until 6:30pm and the result is pictured! Now the only thing missing is the hot tub :) The pavers we used are Cambridge Toffe Onyx and a border of Natural Onyx.
Recently had Paver patio and walkway installed through them. They completed the project in one day and did a great job.
I worked with the team to install pavers in my backyard. They did a wonderful job, very prompt and able to finish the job neatly. I am happy working with them. Would recommended for the work.
Highly recommend
Excellent work! Peter’s team was awesome. They laid pavers for my new shed and replaced my concrete patio with pavers. Very professional, they worked fast and did a great job. We’re very happy with our new patio. Highly recommend.
Not reliable
Asked for an estimate on a small project and someone came the next morning.
Job is not done yet. Since it's an outdoor job, the weather has delayed it. Don't know when it will be done, but it needs to be done before hot weather starts. Work has now been completed, and Master Kairos did a great job. He waited for rain to stop, and his guys removed old sickly grass, laid down new top soil, they raked it and smoothed it out, and put down very good quality grass seed -- which started sprouting in less than 2 weeks. My yard looks great now that Master Kairos has completed the job.
After a few conversations with Pedro, he had one of his workers take the time to come by and see the project. He fully explained what needed to be done as well as how it should be done. Him and his crew made sure to properly take their time and make my storage flooring exactly, if not more than what I expected. Great crew!! Book them for your project now!!
Will not hire this company again but they might be good for someone else but not me.
Never provided an estimate.
Was able to complete the job well in advance of expectations.
I spoke with them on the phone and they made an appointment with me but never showed up to the appointment. They never even called to make another appointment. I kept calling them to see if they can come give an estimate. Finally they asked me to send pictures. I did and they finally gave me an estimate. I agreed on the price of $2,500 and the day. Once again they never showed up. Since then he does not answer my calls or text. Very disappointed with their unprofessional service.
They did concrete for my patio and got it done in 1 day and it looks great!
