Reviews
I had an excellent experience with Lavell from Master Mitigation. From start to finish, he provided outstanding service while installing our radon mitigation system. Lavell was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and made sure the installation was done properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in what they do, but Lavell definitely does. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we are extremely happy with the finished installation. I would absolutely recommend Lavell and Master Mitigation to anyone needing radon mitigation services. Outstanding service from beginning to end!
communicative thoroughout the process and high quality work in our old home. care was taken to preserve the exterior of our home. and the radon levels dropped to below 0.5!
Lavell and his team was fast in their responsiveness to my inquiry even on the weekend and was timely in arriving early in the appointment window. The work looks great and gives me a peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone that needs fast and professional work with great value.
They were priced to compete, very responsive, worked with my tight schedule, and as far as I can tell got the job done right!
they did a great job all around. Great pricing and kept good communicationthroughout the process.
The team was great! They were very responsive to communication, arrived in the promised window, were friendly and completed the job exactly the way we were hoping for. Would highly recommend this company and will use them for any future projects.
I was expecting this visit to just be a consult to receive an estimate, but they got my old, improperly installed system working while they were on site! I just purchased a house with high radon levels even though a radon system had been installed. Upon close investigation, Lavell realized that system was never functioning in the 20 years since it had been installed as they had not drilled all the way through the basement floor (!!). He drilled a proper hole for the system to work, extended the exterior piping so it was up to code, replaced our fan, installed a new manometer, and provided education on how the system works. I was expecting this to be very expensive, but it was actually a great value for all of the work he did. I would 100% recommend Master Mitigators to anyone experiencing radon issues. Thank you so much, Lavell!
They did a great job with radon mitigation for my Reno. We will definitely use them again. Thank you
