Warning: Needed to have our tank pumped for general maintenance. Wasn’t having any issues. They came out and dug up the yard and told us we needed $3700 worth of work. When I asked questions about how the price escalated so much, they kept giving me line item after line item of added work they said needed to be done. I told them to cover it back up and I’d be getting more estimates. Had more companies come out and they said none of the work Master Rooter said I needed to do was actually needed. I ended up paying for $950 worth of general maintenance (we have a large house and 2 tanks) when this place wanted me to pay $3700.
Benjamin has serviced my home twice and I can say he explained thoroughly what was needed and what was being done. He even followed up to make sure all went well!!! Highly recommended!!!
