I had an excellent experience working with Brain at MasterShield Construction on my roofing and siding project. From start to finish, Brain was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process, helped me choose the right materials, and ensured the work was completed on schedule and to a high standard. His communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Brain and the MasterShield team, my home not only looks great but is better protected for the long term. I highly recommend Brain for any roofing or siding needs.

Nice to work with them. Excellent work performed
Brian did a good job with the work. He was responsive and did not upsell. He provided me with ideas of what can be done better around the house as well.
The company did a great job replacing our toilet—clean, efficient work. I would definitely hire them again!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian from MasterShield for a roof repair, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Brian responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was able to schedule an assessment within hours on a Saturday. What impressed me most was how thoroughly Brian explained the issues with my roof. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and outlined their plan to fix it in clear, understandable terms. There was no technical jargon or attempt to upsell unnecessary services - just honest professional advice. Brian and his team worked efficiently to complete the repairs, and they were all incredibly courteous throughout the process. They cleaned up meticulously after finishing the job, leaving no trace they had been there except for my newly repaired roof. The 3-year guarantee they offer provides great peace of mind, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Brian and the Master Shield team for any roofing needs - they’re fast, responsive, professional, and genuinely nice people who know their craft well.
After we discussed they came to clean yard and repair the newly installed storm door. Note that if you have an older roof your initial quote may go higher since there will be more rotten plywood, etc. to replace.
Replaced siding. Very professional and quality-work.
MasterShield was prompt to respond and did an excellent job of understanding exactly what I wanted. Did not try to upsell or play any kind of games with me. I got my gutters cleaned and got guards installed as well. Everything worked out great.
The team did a great job fixing my vinyl siding and it was all done on same day they gave me the estimate, at a reasonable price too! Highly recommended!
Two men came, prepared and efficient. Work was done as expected. Very satisfied.
