I would, if permitted, have checked all five of the above. This is not only a very experienced, talented expert - he's a heck of a nice guy to go with it. Professional, quick, honest and positive! John was able to come over and fix everything the same day! I took my laptop to apple and they said it will be flat rate no matter the issue $759!! I was lucky enough so my issue wasn’t serious and John fixed it for less than a quarter of that amount. 100% recommend
Very honest about trying to fix a 15 year old printer. Told me that it would be more cost effective to buy a new one, as the repair would cost more than a new printer. AND he waived the service fee since he could not fix the old printer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN!!!
