Antonio was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, including showing me what to look for on the water meter. I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

Reviews
We had a massive issue, and while it took almost 5 days to fix, they got it done with excellence.
We had MasterTex come to our home for 2 jobs & they did an excellent job on both! The first was a large issue with the sewage pipe running from our house to the city street pipe. It had collapsed & backed up every drain in the house, which created huge issues & inconveniences for daily tasks. We called MasterTex, they came out immediately & thoroughly inspected all of our pipes, gave an estimate, & (once we signed the paperwork) completed a huge project on less than 36 hours! The process was not only done quickly, but the workers were courteous & did an excellent job leaving our front lawn as clean as possible. We recently had MasterTex come out to help with a leak underneath the kitchen sink. They were responsive & worked quickly to help find the issue, then repair it within a few hours! Our family is very grateful for MasterTex & we recommend them to anyone who has an issue they can fix!
Great and friendly service, everything was explained properly and fixed the same day.
Our experience with Mastertex Plumbing was excellent! The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and completed the repair efficiently. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing reliable service! Antonio was great to work with!
Conner and the team were AWESOME! I highly recommend
Great experience, easy to work with, solved all the problems
Antonio was great, he was very professional and fixed the faucets for the washing machine quickly. The company had wonderful customer service and communication.
The company sent a person to check my plumbing issue the very next day. Clint did a great job!! I would highly recommend this company.
Quick and efficient in replacing our master bathroom toilets water valve and toilet tank internal parts
The sewer got leak after Fundation Repair. I quoted five different plumbers and only this Plumber company gave me the most honest none bloated quote, and they acted very fast and got the sewer line fixed. They communicate with you well, lesson and understand your need and gave the most reasonable quote to get the business and the get is done with professionalism.
Metrotex is my go-to plumbing service company for All our investment properties
This company make a extra charge for 6,000 dollars for something than we never authorized after they said ok only 4,650 but in the contract said that they can’t do change order without authorization and I never made that authorization
The job and solution to our repair was over the top done well. We had old pipes and needed replacing. We were very pleased with the outcome.
Couldn't have asked for better. Punctual, professional, job well done, and at a cost I could afford. At first, thought it would be an easy replacement job that I could have possibly done. Glad I didn't follow through with that thought and found Mastertex Plumbing. My simple drain replacement job turned out to be a puzzle of pipe fitting under the sink. The job was done well and left no mess behind. Would recommend highly.
Very professional. Explained what was needed and how long it would take to complete. Would definitely recommend
Their lack of communication is shocking. I had an appointment between 12-2. The plumber didn’t contact me till 2:30 stating he would be late. I had already moved my day around to accommodate. Clint then said he would make it a priority to reschedule with me the following morning and he just needed to work with the office to ensure timing. He never reached back out. I text him and he never responded. I have huge job and need someone I can rely on. The lack of communication for just a quote had me taking this vendor completely off my list.
Outstanding service the same day I called. Very pleased with the work performed. Would highly recommended. Replaced washing machine water valves
