I scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed up. The first appointment they notified me the next day by apologizing. I did give them a second chance by scheduling another appointment and they notified me 10 hours later they couldn’t make it. Very unprofessional.
It was great. They were very professional and worked me in early. They did everything I requested. It looked wonderful.
Mateo and his team took care of a tree stump for me. Good communication beforehand and the team did a great job
Mateo & his crew did excellent work in cutting & trimming trees & shrubs for us. They made sure everything was done correctly & cleaned up the entire job perfectly & hauled off all of the trees & trimmings. I will definitely use them again for future projects!
Felt they did a poor job of making our fence look aesthetically professional. Sent him our issues as photos show and said he would come back to fix and never did. He could have had several jobs in our community but his shoddy work and unwillingness to fix left a bad impression. We had them do an extension to our patio and this is how they left it, wood still stuck in ground once again not graded to look aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend him to anyone and my feeling should be removed from thumbtack it does not represent you well.
They gave a good estimate but did not installed the plants I wanted. They broke my irrigation line and three of the installed trees died from water log along with several plants. I called and texted them after the installation and they would not respond. I am now having to hire someone else to fix what they did and it's going to be expensive since they screwed everything up so badly. Expensive lesson. Fisrt time I ever had a bad experiance with anyon from Thumbtack.

Mateo is unreliable. Does not show up as promised. He damaged my yard and has not made any attempt to correct it although he is forever promising to make it right. He doesn’t care about your property. His main goal is to get in and out as fast as possible with as little effort as he can.
Mateo was on time and very responsive. He did a great job cleaning up our Vegetable Garden.
