Would use them again, did a good job.
Max sent over a great pair of guys to work on our half bath. We needed drywall patched from removing some old fixtures and some tile hung where we had removed a builder's grade mirror. Max was quick to send over his estimate for both jobs. Then was communicative when we had to reschedule. The guys who came to do the work were respectful and professional. They had to come back the next day since it didn't dry as quickly as it was supposed to. They did an outstanding job with both tasks. The drywall was patched and was flat to the wall for my wallpaperer to be able to do her thing. The tile work was amazing (pictured). I would definitely hire them again for any work I needed done around the house.
Max's team completed my floor project beautifully. I am so happy with the result! Beyond that, Ruslan was professional, quick, and easy to work with, and Max and Ruslan were excellent at keeping me informed of progress. I would definitely use them again!
My floors turned out great. Pleasure to work with.
Five stars for Max Reliable Construction! They just finished our basement flooring and did a phenomenal job. The work is of the highest quality, and the floors look fantastic. What really set them apart was their efficiency. We were working on a strict timeline where speed was our currency, and they respected that from day one. They worked quickly, kept everything on schedule, and delivered perfect results right on time. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality contracting work.
I could not be happier with the work that Max and his team completed for me. Two bathrooms, flooring, painting, and restoration following water damage. Love the end result and would highly recommend.
MaxReliable did a great job and his crew man Mykola even came in on a Saturday to help keep the tile floor project on time. Overall the new floor looks great.
Repaired drywall, replaced baseboard and window trim. Reasonable priced. Good communication. Started and finished work when they said they would. I would hire them again.
Max reliable construction was incredible to work with! I hired him to reattach 2 broken tiles on the front steps, but he also noticed several other loose tiles that he fixed as well. Even when I offered to pay him more for the extra work, he said not to worry about it and took care of the job. Would definitely hire again!
Very helpful people, super friendly and will help with any questions you may have.
Max is a class act, he is organized, punctual and fantastic to work with!
Max and his partner, Ivan did an excellent job with my interior paint job work. Ivan was always on time, responsive, kind, respectful. He did an excellent work with the interior ceiling work and patch up of various holes in my home. He completed the job in a very timely manner as well. I highly recommend them for your next home project! Thank you!
Great company!
I can’t say enough about Max and his crew. I had a terrible experience with a different contractor who was in over his head and dragged my three month addition project out for 2 1/2 years, named Urban Construction (Tibi Bucur) - caveat emptor. Max and his team took the project on at a point where it was a total disaster after several failed inspections, permit extensions, and faulty work. They knew what they were getting into, uncovering even more issues as they worked, corrected all of the prior contractor’s mistakes, passed all inspections, were frugal with materials, and brought the project to completion within a month - taking only two days off… wow. What they accomplished here and in the timeframe and budget they completed it, is truly unbelievable. Communication was excellent. Geno, the lead contractor on the project, worked so hard to manage the crew and project completion. The job was a tall order, and my anxiety as an owner was at an all-time high due to the awful experience with the prior contractor. My only regret is not working with Max and his crew from the start. I know they bent over backward to take good care of me. P.s. It doesn't hurt that Max is also a total cutie ;)
Max and his team were able to start our project the next business day after we closed on our home. Our Foreman was Alex G, his forty plus years of residential and commercial building were invaluable. Alex added a tremendous amount of value and this is reflected in our new home. The quality of work the the two carpenters Vitally and Alex were trump professionals. Over the years I have worked with many contractors, this team is by far were the best. We just love the superior workmanship they incorporated for us.They took a 1960's walled off home converted it into a modern open concept home. My wife or I would be happy to speak with any prospective clients. Please don't hesitate Max to share our information with you.
Had a shower bench that was leaking water. Tiles were cracked and grout and caulking were peeling back to make gaps between tiles. Water was getting into the wood frame of the bench. Max responded with an on-site estimate the next day. Quote was clear with scope of work. Work was completed as proposed and agreed.
