Alex and Daniel helped us with examining our home's duct as we suspected a leak due to insufficient cooling. They ran the leak test and informed us of all the air flow through each vent and gave informative tips to optimize the air flow with the seal. They went above and beyond by also inspecting our crawl space and putting back some broken vents in place even when this wasn't their issue to fix. Overall I highly highly recommend their service for duct and air optimization.

About MaxSeal LLC
More air, system-wide. Without a new furnace, AC or ductwork. MaxSeal is the Bay Area's duct sealing specialist. We get more airflow out of the HVAC system you already own by sealing your ducts from the inside with Aeroseal's patented, non-invasive technology, usually in less than a day. If ducts are disconnected, crushed or torn, we repair them first. Signs you have leaky ducts: hot or cold rooms, dust and poor air quality, a house that takes ages to heat or cool, high energy bills, drafts, or a new furnace or AC that isn't performing. Measured, not promised: we test duct leakage and the airflow at every register before and after, the same visit, and you get a Certificate of Completion showing your results room by room. Across 88 MaxSeal jobs, the median home gained 31% more air. Certified Aeroseal dealer and C-20 licensed California contractor. 10-year warranty on every seal, plus a guaranteed HERS duct leakage pass. No upsells, just clear pricing and measurable results. Comfort you can feel. Results you can measure.
