Reviews
Cristel and her team did an amazing job organizing and cleaning my parents home. They work diligently and left the home much better than it was. We are so pleased with the quality of work. I appreciate the patience shown to my mom as she sorted through her belongings. Great experience overall! Highly recommend!
Merino’s Cleaning was fantastic! Fair quote, punctual, very efficient…will definitely use them in the future
My house needed a thorough cleaning after some time of neglect. And because of my busy schedule, I looked into hiring a professional cleaner. I contacted Merino’s Cleaning, and spoke with the owner, Cristela I scheduled a walk thru with Cristela, and she assured me my house would be cleaned to my satisfaction. Cristela and her husband went to work, and when the job was complete, my house looked brand new! I could not believe how great everything turned out. Cristela was even able to get out the “hard to remove” kitchen stains on my stove! (see photos) My house was so clean, and smelled WONDERFUL! I was so impressed with Merino’s Cleaning, that I am scheduled for a follow up cleaning. I highly recommend Merino’s Cleaning services
Did an outstanding job, professional, pleasant personality and ver thorough.
They were outstanding! Quick to respond and did a well undercut job in a time crunch!
Cristella did a wonderful job! This was a Valentines gift to myself! I plan on having her back on a two week schedule.
Amazing job. Attention to detail was outstanding. House looked and smelled awesome!
The services provided exceeded my expectations (we paid for a move out clean for one bed, one bath for my sick father)! 11/10 would recommend!
Finding Cristela was a godsend. I’ve been ill for months, so my house was a wreck. Add in 2 dogs and 2 cats, and you’re gonna have a bad time. I contacted Cridtela Thursday afternoon. She came by within a few hours and provided me a very reasonable estimate. I wasn’t sure if I could even afford the amount of work that needed to be done, but Cristela made that possible. I am so thankful. I spent about an hour pre cleaning Thursday night, and Cristela came Friday morning. Yeah. It was bad. But she worked so hard and got it to a wonderful state. It SMELLS AMAZING In here!! I don’t think it’s ever been this clean, not even with other cleaners have come through. Cristela is very professional and a great communicator. Although she is not a native English speaker, communications through text were perfect. She seems like a kind, respectable person and proved to be trustworthy alone in my home with my 4 pets. I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re worried about the state of your house, this is one person who will come help you in a major way with kindness and respect.
