Moving into an older home has its challenges. When our first load of laundry caused the drain pipe to overflow onto the laundry floor, we panicked. Rich to the Rescue! Rich came out immediately, like within 20 minutes!! He quickly assessed the problem (lots of lint in the washer's drain pipe), fixed it in a jiffy, and gave us advice on other quirks we noticed in our 1970s house! What a gem. We'll be using Rich again for our less urgent issues.
Perfect! Just excellent. We had a leak that cause our water bill to skyrocket. We recently moved. Richard came out and determined it was a sprinkler system that we didn't even know we had. He had it completely fixed and had us back up and running within hours! Truly a knowledgeable professional. Will definitely keep him on file for any future plumbing needs we may have. Thank you!
Rich was able to respond to our SOS quickly and handled the clogged drain issue also quickly. Thank you!
Appreciation of quick response, work knowledge, professionalism, and customer service was greatly appreciated. He skillfully resolved my problem, fair price, and I was able to move on. That is what I like, to be being able to quickly move on from a problem.
Did a wonderful job! Solid guy, would gladly hire again!
Rich was excellent! I used him for several different projects. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and what the issues were. he was upfront with his price and it didn't change. I will definitely be using Rich again if I need plumbing work done.
Efficient work, would definitely recommend Rich’s service!
I had a loss in my family and there was a gathering expected at my house. The day before the gathering my kitchen sink clogged. I messaged Rich and he came out an hour later and fixed the issue. I can't thank him enough for coming out so quickly at such a stressful time for me.
Richard came to my home to provide a estimate to move a 3” pipe in my basement. What happened next was far from what I expected. Richard came prepared armed with the tools necessary to start my job. After looking the job over he provided a quote and started the work right then and there. Once he started I showed him another job I needed completed, move my water heater from the center of my room, to the corner. He was willing to take that one on as well!! Richard and his crew did a fantastic job completing two difficult jobs in one day. Just hire him, he will get the job done.
