We couldn’t be happier with the custom cedar patio pavilion that Daniel and the team at MCO Remodeling built for us. From the very beginning, Daniel stood out from the other contractors we met with. He took the time to thoroughly discuss our vision, take detailed measurements, and understand exactly what we wanted instead of rushing through the estimate. That attention to detail gave us confidence that we were receiving a fair and accurate quote. Throughout the project, the crew worked incredibly hard, kept the job site clean and organized, and paid close attention to the quality of their workmanship. Daniel made sure we were involved throughout the process and genuinely cared that both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished project. If you’re looking for a contractor who is honest, professional, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, I highly recommend MCO Remodeling. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new cedar patio pavilion and would not hesitate to hire them again.

The two gentlemen who worked on the project left a bag of trash in our yard all week, then when they were "done." Asked us to zelle them so they didn't need to come back out. They had stained over a patch of dirt, with one touch, the dirt and stain came off leaving an approximately 2"x2" patch of unstained wood. Just on the pergola. Then the privacy screen trellis wasn't stained in the nooks and crannies. Just the fact that they were willing to say they were done and leaving a bag of trash (they never closed it so trash went all over my yard) was unprofessional. I get it, you need to be fast, but all of those things add up. They came to fix the staining and took the trash. Project turned out okay. They're aight.

Omar and his team were very professional and they completed the project to my exact specifications. My patio looks like it was purchased that way. Great job and would recommend them and use their services again for future projects!!!!

I sent Oscar a picture of a pergola we were wanting to go with and they made it look even more amazing. On top of that, they built it to look like it came with our house.

MCO completely rebuilt an outside enclosure with an iron frame & covered it with hardi-board, making it waterproof. They primed & painted the enclosure inside & out. MCO did a terrific job. I highly recommend MCO for their quality of work.

I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and his crew. The professionalism and work ethic are above reproach. They showed up on time, went to work, and completed our deck in about 10 hours. We will definitely consider them for any remodeling jobs in the future. Highly Recommend. Thank you, Oscar!

We had a large screen in porch built. Daniel and his crew did a great job in completing down to the little details. Nothing left undone. We would use them again for remodeling needs.

Oscar and his team did a fantastic job! They designed my patio for my family and dogs. They worked quickly and really listened to my vision. Definitely will be hiring them again

The best part about selecting MCO for my projects was they were the only company that came out to complete an estimate before providing a price. To see my vision come alive through the process was amazing. Pros: Communication and management Cons: Cleanup.

MCO Remodeling was hired to reinforce a structural support beam and renovate a bathroom in our home. The job was completed on schedule and at a reasonable price. MCO ownership and their project manager kept close tabs on progress and used a group chat to keep everyone informed of job status and questions. In addition, MCO employs its own skilled labor crew rather than relying on subcontractors. Everyone on the MCO team was attentive to our goals and concerns throughout the process and delivered according to the plan. We are very pleased with the quality of work and diligence with which it was performed. We found MCO to be trustworthy and would recommend to loved ones and neighbors without hesitation.

They demo’d an existing sliding patio door and full height window and replaced with a larger sliding patio door and extended the wall on one side. They did a great job for a reasonable cost. They even helped me save money by finding a less expensive door. Very responsive and did the work fast.

I wanted to upgrade from a 40 gallon to 75 gallon water heater. I bought the water heater from Home Depot but ran into a snag with their installer. The pedestal stand in my garage needed to be expanded to accommodate the larger size. The installer cancelled the visit when they found out. I used Thumbtack and MCO Remodeling responded so quickly! The next day they came out and got to work. They handled the replacement of the water heater and the expansion of its pedestal stand. They did quality work and their labor is warrantied for 3 years! I was very impressed with how everything turned out and how quickly they responded. Would hire again!

Supervisor and associate arrived and went over plan for the job. Supervisor left and the work began. Associate was quiet, respectful of property, good worker. He replaced deck overhang support pillar.

They did pretty good work, with some urging. After they sealed the wood I found splashes of sealant on the floor. They would not clean it up. Un fortunately for me, I had already paid them.
