I have been getting black screen for about 2-3 weeks and tried everything but wasn’t able to fix it. In a matter of 2 days, my pc was fully fixed and went back to normal. 10/10 would reach out to MCR if I have any future issues.

My desktop kept crashing with multiple BSODs. I reached out late afternoon to Mel and he worked into the late hours to resolve. From identifying the conflicts, taking remedial steps, to cleaning up and following up the next day; Mel was excellent. I was in good hands and my desktop is performing even better.

Nov. 20, 2021: Several photo editing programs have been acting strange with all the recent A.I. updates/grades. Early this morning I requested help from 4 computer wizards. Mel was the first to contact me. We found him to be easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and his fee was reasonable. We will soon upgrade parts of our PC with newer parts to keep up-with-the-times and plan to ask Mel to do the remodel with a new motherboard, a new processor, a new more powerful Nvidia graphic card and a few other items for editing photos for our website; dbhayes.pixels.com.
