Service tech came out to help us and was very friendly and professional. After we didn't have a complete set of replacement ink carriages and the first print head was deemed to be defective, they came back to finish the job and got us working again. Highly recommend them.

Came by, looked the machine over, recommended a new drum. Quoted one price, but called back and doubled that price. Not happy at all!
