Meidan and crew were professional. They did a good job indoors replacing LVP flooring, and a good job replacing a damaged patio deck. Pricing was fair.

Reviews
Extremely Overpriced, Poor Workmanship, No Accountability I deeply regret hiring this contractor. I paid a premium price expecting professional-quality work, but what I received was some of the worst workmanship I have ever seen. The project was redone multiple times because it was crooked, uneven, and improperly installed. Basic construction standards were ignored. Posts were set too shallow, grading and compaction were not done correctly, required materials were skipped, and the finished result was still visibly defective. Most concerning is that when confronted with clear deficiencies, the contractor refused to issue any refund or take responsibility for the substandard work. I was left with unsafe, unfinished, and poorly executed construction after paying an outrageous amount. Given the cost and the lack of accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Meidan, Gill and his crew were very professional and punctual. They literally built a new deck where the old deck stood in three working days. I am very satisfied with their work and the value. Best estimate out of three!
Got it — here’s your revised review with the turf feedback removed: ⸻ I recently had my backyard done by MD Golden Builders, and overall, I’m very happy with the results. They transformed the space into a clean, modern, and low-maintenance yard that looks great both during the day and at night. The layout was well thought out, especially the curved design, stepping stone walkway, and the rock landscaping. Their team paid attention to detail, and the work looks clean and professionally done. They were also easy to work with, communicated clearly throughout the project, and stayed organized from start to finish. I would definitely recommend MD Golden Builders to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space.
Hard working pros with excellent communication and focusing on doing quality work.
The project went very smoothly. The workers were polite and responsive to my requests and questions. They were neat and picked up pretty well after themselves.
The brick work was done well.however, Meidan, gave me an estimate on doing a picture window and side window for $6600. He was to call the following Monday. I did not hear back from him in a timely manner and I am very glad because I paid $2200 to a licensed contractor who specializes in windows and doors. Meidan is charismatic and is quick on responding to you. However, I would not recommend this company. In fairness, I did give him a message with my thoughts.
Asked for an estimate of a small area of wood siding for repair. Told me it was $2000 as that is his minimum to work ! Then Tried to sell me on new siding for the entire house, not at all what I was asking for. So frustrating.
