Showed up on time and was friendly. Said they would send price quotes that night, but did not. Asked again in the morning of the next day, still have not received them. They were the only company that charged for quotes out of 5 (they charged $150) and was the only one that did not send them. I am purchasing a home and told them I needed the quotes ASAP because my option period was up. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and a scam.
They diagnosed the wrong problem: instead of finding the leak where it was. they ponied to a bad cartridge. Then, proceed to replace the cartridge which was installed incorrectly causing insufficient hot water to come out of the shower. Now the recommend fixing the whole valve which they estimate would costs even more dollars. Remember the whole problem was caused by their misdiagnosis to begin with. The shower was FINE before they started messing around with the cartridge. I had to call a different company to fix the leakage issue. The shower problem continues but I’m done with dealing with this company at this point. Very bad experience!!
