He actually had a cancellation and arrived a day before. I will be using his services again. I have some other projects that need to be done. His pricing was fair. It did not take him long to complete the project for repairing my sunking front entrance.
Ivan and his team did a very quality job. They were very responsive, detailed. Great value for the money spent. No job too small for these guys.
Great job! Easy to schedule and very responsive. Happy with the job they did. Definitely recommend
Ivin is very humble and pro at his work, work very well done and I recommend him highly for landscaping and hardscaping services. I am definitely calling him again for my future work.
Ivan arrived on time and did the work in about three hours. This included removal of the old cement and debris. He did an excellent job and the repair looks great!
My experience with Ivan (Medrano's Concrete) exceeded expectations. He contacted me quickly and quoted a reasonable price for the job. Two days later Ivan and his crew arrived on time and completed the job from forming to finish in 6 hours. I would highly recommend using them.
Perfect, prompt. Affordable, courteous,
Needed to extend my driveway and fix erosion concerns . Gave really competitive quote and completed the job as scheduled and promised
Disappointing experience. Ivan was initially responsive, but when it came time to clarify the scope of work, he stopped communicating entirely without explanation. Not dependable. Would not recommend.
Ivan and his team did a great job on our 15 x 50 foot concrete patio. They worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible without rushing and really paid attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results.
good price. good work.
