A lot of back and fourth, Presented one quote in writing, once we accepted the job he changed the quote and pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about. He will say he’s not interested in the job then come back and inquire wbout the job. He likes to play chicken to see if you will fold. Original quote had quartz w/ lights included. Then he tells me he never said quartz and offered granite (no biggie) then he took away the lighting, charged $1200 then said $800 to put the appliances back. All of this after we decided to work with him. Super aggravating, on to the next.

Reviews
Melvin and his team did a wonderful job renovating our kitchen while staying on budget. Highly recommend.
I recently had the pleasure of working with MEG Remodeling on a complete renovation of my condo, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, MEG Remodeling and their team were professional, attentive, and truly skilled at their job. My condo was far from perfect when I first reached out to MEG Remodeling. However, they saw the potential and assured me they could transform it into a modern, functional space. The entire process was seamless. MEG Remodeling provided a clear and detailed plan, including timelines and budget estimates. They were transparent about costs and always kept me informed about the progress. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. I highly recommend MEG Remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and professional general contractor. They truly turned my vision into reality, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.
Melvin responded quickly and had his Team begin work the next day. Everyone was professional and listened to my concerns. I would use them again.

We are so extremely pleased with the work Melvin did on our kitchen. A near complete remodel - painted cabinets, re-orientation of gas cooktop, replacement of countertops, reworked electric, new appliances installed, and cabinet lighting. His attention to detail was outstanding and he was very accommodating to our detail requests as well. Not only was his work very impressive, but he’s just a great guy to have around during the 6 weeks that it took to get the work done. We would be happy to have him back for additional work. Highly recommend Melvin for any project he is willing to take on

I was so pleased with the work. It came out exactly the way I wanted it.. all in one day! Great job.
Melvin made custom built ins for our new home and also hung ceiling fans. He completed the job within the timeline and also addressed electrical and wiring issues as they arose in the project. My wife and I are very satisfied with his work.
