Be more consistent and respond to his text messages. Edgar just didn’t bother showing up to do the work
We set up a date came gave estimate for weekly service and never answered or came after stopped responding my texts and calls
I had a leak in my irrigation and hired this contractor to fix it. He showed up promptly and replaced a bunch of things. I paid him but the leak never stopped. It was slow enough to where I thought it was the sprinklers but the ground kept getting wetter every day and now there is a puddle again on the same area. I called and texted but this person won’t return my calls.
Regardless of the type and size of a service request, being understood is the most important part. I was able to communicate my needs to Edgar and be understood, including requests for clarification to prevent misunderstandings. My job was relatively small but important to me and Edgar understood that. Every job is obviously different, but I recommend Edgar.
Edgar responded right away, and showed up the same day. I’m so happy with the work he and his team did—cleaning up the yard with trimming tress and plants, leaf pick, and even planting some new plants. Will use for ongoing maintenance.
Edgar and his guys showed up on time and got the job done without any issues. He laid 1500 sq feet of st Augustine after removing the old Bermuda and it looks great. Highly recommend.
He is very reliable and gets the work done the right way. Definitely worth the extra buck. Highly recommend him.
I haven’t officially gotten a service from Mendez however the prompt response and openness with helping me understand the potential cost, providing me a quote was exceptional very transparent straight to the point I recommend using Mendez.
