Reviews
Never showed up to install my thermostat. Then gave a BS excuse about reaching out to me through thumbtack to confirm the appointment and not receiving a response from me. I ordered my installation through Lowe’s. Why am I expected to communicate via thumbtack? Horrible customer service, liars, never answered the phone when I called. I’d prefer to never do business with them again.
Great experience!
I just wanted to share my appreciation, Mercury was not available and he was willing to provide me with another company. That’s definitely appreciated more than he knows.
Came early, reasonably priced. Polite and to the point. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Very professional to work with and provided a reasonable price. Awesome guy.
I recently used Mercury Home Services to reply a rusted flue pipe and I was impressed with the overall experience. Ryan was professional and explained the process. The new flue was installed and I’m would definitely recommend Mercury Home Services. Great job.
