Luis arrived on time, walked thru the project with me. We discussed what i needed completed but also wanted a complete inspection. He did exactly that and explained the problems and cost. Luis did a great job for a great cost. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding service! Merida Air Inc. saved the day when our AC died on a Friday evening. While everyone else told us we’d have to wait until Saturday, they showed up after 6:30 PM and got right to work. They were kind, professional, clearly diagnosed the problem, and asked for permission before proceeding with any repairs. AC is blowing cold again, and they’ve earned a customer for life. 10/10 recommend!
Luis responded with in few minutes from my inquiry and took him 20 min to come over. He quickly identified the problem and fixes it. Super nice guy not trying to make up problems like lots of technicians out there just to make few $$$. I highly recommend him and I will definitely use him again.
Great work
My hvac broke on a Sunday afternoon. Luis came out to check and diagnose it at 7pm. The condenser broke. System was old so we decided to change the whole outer unit. His team came back the next morning and replaced it. Great job.
Luis responded promptly and professionally to my work request. Even though it turned out to be a relatively small issue, he took the time to explain things thoroughly and clearly. Will definitely be reaching out to him again for any future AC/vent/duct issues.
