About Merlin's Maids
Merlin's Maids launched in 2024 after seeing just how powerful a cleaning service could be for a very busy family. We love helping families, as well as realtors and property managers, keep their homes clean and healthy so they have the time to do things that matter most to them!

I booked deep cleaning that I was completely dissatisfied with the initial clean with the first 2 ladies but I called owner who immediately sent 2 new ladies to do a re-clean who did an awesome job
I have had other cleaning services and no one has claimed this good as Beth did
We needed a deep cleaning at our elderly mother's house because it hadn't been cleaned in several months, and Merlin and her staff did a great job. I know it compared to the previous cleaning job done by someone else. The old dirt on the baseboards and dog fur under the couch that the former maid missed were finally gone. The only issue was that the three maids didn't speak much English and my mother got confused, but it wasn't a huge deal.
Paid for a deep clean and did NOT receive it. The cleaner left grime in a bathroom, didn’t clean any window frames until I pointed it out, and admitted she only wiped “most” of the baseboards. When asked to complete the job—including stairwell baseboards—she became irritated and even said she wasn’t “paid enough for all that.” Completely unprofessional. There was still dust and dirt in multiple areas after she left. The company only offered $50 back, which is unacceptable for how much was missed. This was supposed to be a deep clean before the arrival of our baby, and it caused more stress than help. If you have a larger home (ours is 2,700 sq ft), be aware that one cleaner may not be enough—and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
I was in a pickle due to a last-minute move, and they gave me an excellent price and made the place look better than when I moved in.
Awesome service very professional. Great job on the details. Very responsive really cared about their work and took great pride in it.
