They damaged the furniture which costs 5000$ and did not accept that they did. I have proofs to show it was not damaged before. I am never hiring them or referring them to anyone. Please be carful while hiring them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The movers were slow and they tried charging me $1,000. The movers took a 1 hour lunch break while in the middle of moving. They still didn't finish the job.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Did not finish the moving job and tried to charge me $250 dollars with pieces all over my apartment. I called to figure out where the movers went and the head person or whoever got an attitude because I wanted answers as to why the job is not done. WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!!!
I moved out of a 2.5 million dollar home. These guys moved my stuff out and loaded into my UhAul trucks. More than half of my furniture was damaged and or smashed because of their negligence. They were slow, unprofessional and unproductive. They were on the phone literally all day. A one day job turned in to two. And me and my kids still had to load two rooms because they left before loading. Before I could speak with anyone my car had been charged. They scratched multiple large gun safes which cost over 5 thousand each. If you care about your stuff…do not hire these people.
We needed to hire movers immediately in the process of moving - we got stuck and needed help! They sent 2 guys out within 30 mins!! Super strong and helpful. They even helped us disconnect and reconnect our water line to the fridge! Thank you!!!
I wish I could give them a o star! They came, start working and ask me to sign a waiver. First the workers could not communicate appropriately to us what was going on, the day before I asked them if they have equipment to wrap the glass items such as plastic wraps and they say yes. They come they don’t have it, I trying to figure it out why they don’t have it when they said they had it and they just decided to leave!
Be upfront about when cost is expected to be paid (my furniture was held hostage until I paid the full amount prior to them being complete or even 50% done with the service) and provide labor that can adjust to any condition. Mud was tracked through my apartment and some of my wall was scratched. Happy my items are all here. My bedroom dresser is scratched as well.
I’ve used this company twice to move and they are very reliable and a nice group of guys to work with. With both jobs, they handled my belongings with Care and disassembled & assembled my bed for me. The only con is that they have a small truck so we had a difficult time getting all of my furniture loaded but somehow they made it happen.

This is about to be the worst experience with a mover ever. At first it was fine except they made me deposite 80 before the job which wasn’t a big deal because I thought they made them professional at least and made sure the job would get done. But I was far from the truth. 3 hours from the move they canceled. No reason why just said they couldn’t do it. Horrible service I was buying a treadmill from Facebook and now I lost it because I had to cancel. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They will just cancel with no regard to your plans.

I needed a last minute pick up and drop off for a piano for a surprise Christmas gift and this made my entire year! Great experience and wonderful crew!
The estimated cost was $299, but this company asked me to pay $380, and in the end, I was charged $350 only after negotiating. My bill added $12.95 as a bank fee(3.5%). I paid $382.95 total, including the tip. The movers were not piano professionals - they were just movers. Additionally, a part of the bottom of the piano was damaged from the move.

These guys were awesome. They got our upright piano from point A to B in under two hours. Even waved one of the distance fees. Not to mention at a very busy apartment complex in downtown Nashville. So kind and very professional guys! Definitely would use them again.
Excellent job with mounting my TV
They did a great job mounting my TV. Two installers arrived at my home. One seemed friendly and professional. He was the communicator. The other one did not speak at all. I gave four stars due to punctuality. It was a Friday night, and they left at almost 9 p.m. Unfortunately, they were delayed due to another job, and they arrived a few hours late. However, their manager kept me informed, which helped.
