Brian communicated with us very well and worked with us when we had to reschedule his consultation. He arrived on time and explained what the job entailed to our satisfaction. We hired him on the spot and went about his work in a professional manner. After about 20 minutes he was done with no disruption to our morning. We will have Brian return every quarter for maintenance purposes.

Bryce came out that same day, assessed the situation, gave me a quote and will be coming back to remove the squirrels, patch up the damage they’ve caused and do some preventative steps to keep our attic squirrel free and our house from being a chew toy for them. We are also getting quarterly pest control done through Meta as well! Very fast to respond and get the job done.

Bryce was a lifesaver! We had an unfortunate rodent issue. He was quick to respond, checked out the problem the next day, started work as soon as they could, & has been very thorough following up to make sure the problem is resolved. He is very knowledgeable & was great about explaining what he was doing & why. We would definitely recommend him to friends & neighbors! Thanks Bryce!

Honestly goes a long way! I have to say, Meta gave me an honest assessment of my home issue. They could have charged me without me knowing the true extent of the issue but they didn’t do that, and that earned my business moving forward!

YVONNE H.Aug 2023

Brian quickly responded to my request and was on time. He was personable and explained and performed the services requested. Would highly recommend.

I was in need of an exterminator quickly and Bryce and his team came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and treated, all at the same time. The infestation was gone same day. We are going to do a follow up in three weeks just to be sure. I wish it was this easy and efficient with all contractors! Thank you, Bryce.

Brian came out to help retrieve kittens from my attic. He came out within the hour of a phone conversation and did everything that he could to try and reach them. Unfortunately they were in a place that he couldn't get to, despite crawling through an attic crawl space that only a small child could fit through. After all of that, he didn't charge for his trip, time, and work done. I will certainly call on them again.

Absolutely awesome guys! They really helped my 86YO mom with her critter problem. For what they charged I thought it was extremely fair. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will certainly call them.

Fast response! They were able to come quickly, made me feel at ease. I expected it to take a couple days to notice a difference, but it I noticed a reduction in my pest problem within the next day. I’m so happy and feel comfortable in my home again.
