We have had a giant opening with no stair baluster/railings for years since we bought the house, and finally got around to getting this project done. I put in the request on Thumbtack in the evening on a Thursday and got an almost immediate response with pictures showing examples of previous projects. He came out on Monday to measure and came back on Friday to install. He was also the only contractor that would actually give me an idea of a quote via text message after seeing a picture of our stairs, so we knew we wouldn't be wasting everyone's time if it wasn't going to be within budget. Overall just such an easy experience and fast, too. Our main room looks so much more put-together now with a railing, and it will be so much safer.
I had a fantastic experience. I sent my inquiry on Sunday night (late), he came out to measure the next day, and the railing was installed just two days later — an impressive 3-day turnaround. He was incredibly kind, very clean, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. The railing itself is sturdy, custom-made for our space, and looks great. When I asked about the specifics of the finish for any future touch-ups, he even provided a touch-up kit at no extra cost during installation. The price was reasonable for great, quality work. Highly recommend!
Eduardo was great to work with! Very quick to respond, affordable pricing compared to other companies, and great quality of work.
I absolutely love my railing! Eduardo and his crew were professional, communicated well, overall a great experience. I just wished that they stained as well so my wood can match my floors! I will definitely recommend because everyone loves it!
Eduardo did a fantastic job, very quick and great work.
Eduardo was a pleasure to work with, he gave us exactly what we asked for. We are beyond pleased with the railings on our front steps and deck. They are beautiful accents to the front of our home. Thank you Eduardo… Great Job! Susan and George
