Joseph came out and diagnosed the problem same day.Had to replace the motor coming back the next day to complete the repair. Service included programing the outside key pad and all remotes. Lubricated the garage door and all works great and much quieter. Polite and respectful, highly recommend.

Joseph was great to work with. Quick and easy phone call, arrived same day, and sent photos when completed. All for a fair price for the work. We will only be using Joseph moving forward.
came out right away, fixed my garage door. everything works great.
Our family is beyond grateful for this company! Joseph was incredibly prompt and had our garage repaired the very same day. I highly recommend this company, and especially Joseph — for any garage repair needs. This company truly delivered exceptional service.
Didn’t use their service but very respectful and responsive
Joseph from Metro Garage Services did an outstanding job. He came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. Very professional, clean work, and the price was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend if you need garage door repair done fast and right.
I am very satisfied with the work Joseph has done. Most of all, he made a big effort to accommodate my schedule and he came late in the day to have the issue resolved. In my opinion, the price is more than fair, given the work involved. I would hire him again.
This work was done at my rental property in Dallas. This is the reason I use Thumbtack . . . Comments from my tenant: The guy you sent for the garage did a really great job. He was super professional, explained everything, and took his time to make sure it was done right.” I especially appreciated the manner in which he communicated with me from start to finish, providing before and after photos, explaining the problem and the solution, then following through. I highly recommend Metro Garage Door Repair Service.
I appreciate him coming out last night o get everything done, hedid great work I couldn't have asked more of him. I know if I ever need anything else done to the garage door I will call him first
Joseph did an excellent job! Our motor went out and he quoted a reasonable price for the new unit. He looked out for our best interest and was transparent! Everything went smoothly. Thank you!
